Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Please allow additional time for processing during peak periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer complimentary USPS delivery on all orders within the United States.

Standard Delivery (USPS): 5 – 6 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and seasonal carrier delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping:
We do not currently offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand!

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Then reach out to us at hello@bodystry.com so that we can help resolve it.
