Order Processing
We work quickly to get your Bodystry order on its way. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. During high-volume periods and major sales, please allow additional processing time.

 

Free U.S. Shipping
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with estimated delivery between 5 – 6 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, weather, holidays, and other unexpected delays.

 

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

 

My Tracking Hasn't Updated. What Should I Do?
If your package has remained “In Transit” without an update for several days, please contact us at hello@bodystry.com. Our team will be happy to help investigate the status of your shipment.

 

My Package Says “Delivered,” But I Haven't Received It.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can't locate your package, please check around your property, mailbox, household members, and neighbors first, as carriers may occasionally leave packages in an alternate safe location.

Where We Ship
We currently ship throughout the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
