- A clear Day 1 photo of the area you are targeting, taken before beginning use.
- A clear Day 90+ photo of the same area after completing your jar.
- Before-and-after photos should be taken from a similar angle and in similar lighting.
- A clear photo of your completely used Rose Oil Butter jar.
- Your full name and order number.
Guarantee requests that do not include the required documentation or are submitted with a partially used product are not eligible under the guarantee.
